Ran across this article about some of the many benefits of exercise.
One thing that I didn’t know about was this interesting quote:
“…for every hour we exercise, there is a two hour
increase added to our life (one reason is that a stronger heart doesn’t
work as hard and doesn’t have to produce as many heart beats over a
lifetime!). Isn’t this a great example of anti-aging too?”
Sounds to me like it’s time to start exercising.
