But here’s the caveat that us Americans seem to believe:
“Yes, green tea will be helpful. But you can’t go and have a Big Mac, then swallow some green tea and think it will balance out because it won’t.
There is no easy way to achieve the fountain of youth that will increase our longevity.
“We as a Western society keep looking for that one magic pill and life doesn’t work like that.”
