Meditation Secrets for Women Review: If you are into meditation you have probably read books about it many of them over and over. That was my problem. I would read a book over and over again and think this is too hard or I just donít get it. Then I found this book.
It is so easy to read and follow. It is funny, serious, passionate, poetic and I could go on and on.
There are 12 chapters in the book. Each one has a poem, a secret, an explanation and a question to think about. The secrets arenít like “oh donít tell anyone type secrets”. They are secrets that most women donít know about finding themselves and their inner peace.
There are so many different types and ways of meditating described in this book. Some of them worked for me and some of them didnít. With so many though I didnít feel like I was missing out on anything. I could find just the right types of meditation and ways to meditate to fit my life style and myself.
I also like the idea that they stress itís okay to take some time for myself. I donít have to feel guilty about it for any reason. The fact that even if Iím doing something for my family I can still turn it into a meditating experience.
