Here’s an article with a few skin care tips for incoming college students that don’t have to use their parents skin and hair products anymore and how this may be a good thing.

One of the tips that applies to all of us is to sleep more.

“The most important thing we can do to change our skin for the better
is to get more sleep,” he says. “Sleep helps our skin with immunity
and regeneration.”

By sleeping more, you give your cells more time to rebuild themselves.? With all of us working more and sleeping less we have to resort to other drastic measures of keeping up our youthful appearances.? And the longer we go with a sleep debt the worse the damage will get and we will look older than we should.
