News 4 went shopping with News 4 Dermatologist Madhavi Kandula for the best winter skin products to keep you silky smooth during the deep freeze.

She showed us a few products that can help with this cold-weather problem.

She says Neutrogena triple moisture shampoo alleviates scaliness without over drying.

The triple moisture shampoo is great for all hair types and its not very expensive.
